Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Florida Cryogen. By using flcryogen.com (the "Site"), booking an appointment, or signing up for our SMS messaging program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the services described.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or to book an appointment online. If you are booking on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent on the minor's behalf.
2. Appointments
Booking an appointment online creates a reservation, not a binding contract for treatment. We may reschedule or decline an appointment at our discretion, in which case we will contact you to coordinate. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten or require rescheduling of your session.
3. Cancellations & no-shows
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or restriction on future online booking.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our booking form or contact form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Florida Cryogen at that number. The terms of the program are:
Program description
Program name: Florida Cryogen Appointments & Account Notifications.
Purpose: to send transactional messages related to your appointments and account with Florida Cryogen.
Message types
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders (typically 24 hours and 2 hours before your visit)
- Reschedule and cancellation confirmations
- Post-visit follow-up messages
- Replies to questions you have sent us through the chat, contact form, or by replying to a previous text
Message frequency
Frequency varies based on your activity with the clinic — typically 1 to 5 messages per appointment cycle. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan. Florida Cryogen is not responsible for carrier charges.
Opt-out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you any further messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, and any other supported carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder or have authority of the account holder to enroll the mobile number. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or have such authority.
Privacy
Florida Cryogen will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third party for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Consent
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving care, products, or services from Florida Cryogen. You may book an appointment without opting in.
5. No medical advice through the Site
Content on the Site — including descriptions of conditions, treatments, and chat responses — is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified health-care professional before starting a new treatment or making changes to your care.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Florida Cryogen or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or our messaging services to: violate any law; harass, defame, or harm any person; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the operation of the Site for others.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Florida Cryogen disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
